Thirty days, no questions asked

If Remate was not what you needed, write to us within thirty days of the payment and you get the money back. You do not have to explain, and you do not have to uninstall anything first.

How to get a refund

Email support from the address you paid with, or attach the receipt. There is no form, on purpose.

The refund is issued by Paddle, who are the merchant of record for the sale, back to the original payment method. Paddle’s timing is typically a few working days, and it is out of our hands once we have approved it.

After thirty days

Ask anyway. If the app has not worked properly for you on your watch, or something we said it does turned out not to be true, we would rather refund you than keep money we did not earn.

What a refund does to the key

We close the key, so it cannot unlock further watches. The app on your watch keeps counting as it does after the trial.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel: the unlock code is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and nothing is charged again.

Chargebacks

Please email us before starting one. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes months; asking first is always faster. If you have already started one, tell us anyway and we will not fight it.
