1 · Who you are dealing with

Remate is operated by Lasse Feddersen, trading as a sole trader (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, handles sales tax and VAT wherever you are, and Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the payment alongside these terms.

2 · What Remate is

Remate is an app for Garmin watches, downloaded free from the Connect IQ Store. It counts points in padel and can save the match as an activity. The store’s own terms apply to the download.

3 · The trial and what the unlock code buys

All features work for 7 days from the first time you open the app. The days are counted on the watch.

After that, counting stays free. Saving a match as an activity and the point-race mode need an unlock code. The code is a one-time purchase: it does not expire, there is no subscription and nothing renews.

A licence key can unlock up to three watches. Each unlock code is made for one watch and does not work on another. We may close a key that is being used to unlock more watches than that.

4 · What we do not promise

The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it fits a particular purpose. Remate is not an official scoring system: in a match where the result matters, keep your own score as well.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the app or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

6 · Acceptable use

Do not use our unlock service or this website to attack, overload or probe systems that are not yours, and do not share a key publicly.

7 · Garmin

Remate is independent of Garmin Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Garmin’s trademarks belong to Garmin and are used here only to say which watches the app is made for.

8 · Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects something you have bought, we will email the address on the licence before it takes effect.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Denmark, and the Danish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
