Unlock your watch
Swap your licence key and the watch code for an unlock code. It takes a minute, and you do it once per watch.
Get your unlock code
Each watch has its own watch code, so this page asks for it. A key can unlock up to three watches.
Unlocking by form is not switched on yet. Write to support with your key and your watch code, and we will send the unlock code by hand.
Your unlock code
Type it on your phone, in the Garmin Connect app → Connect IQ apps → Remate → Settings → Unlock code. Dashes and spaces do not matter. The watch then opens everything by itself — it does not need internet for that.
Where do I find the watch code?
Open Remate on the watch and choose Unlock at the bottom of the start menu, on any day of the trial or after it. The screen shows how many days are left (or Trial ended) and Watch code XXXX-XXXX. After the trial, choosing Save at the end of a match shows the same screen. The code is made from the watch itself, so it only fits that watch.
